Angelo Chupungco is recognized as a subject matter expert in Emergency Communications and is the Director of Public Safety Training Institute, LLC. (PSTI). He is a current Law Enforcement Officer in Essex County, New Jersey. Director Chupungco was certified by the New Jersey Police Training Commission as a Police Instructor (MOI) and a Physical Conditioning Training Instructor.

Angelo Chupungco's experienced in teaching wide variety of courses ranging from Basic and Advanced Police Training to Job Interview and Exam Preparation techniques. These experiences include but are not limited to:

Angelo Chupungco founded PSTI to serve both Emergency Services professionals, such as police and communication agencies, and civilians who have an interest in the field of Emergency Services.
